One on One Live Bookkeeping Help:

One on One Live Bookkeeping appointments are offered via Zoom. If you’re unsure how much time you need, considering booking a shorter time frame to get started. Another appointment can be booked if needed. A recording of the meeting can be made if desired. My rate for one on one live bookkeeping help is $34 for 20 minutes, $50 for 30 minutes, $75 for 45 minutes, or $100 per hour. The meeting can be recorded if you would like.

Issues I can help with in a one on one meeting:

  • General guidance and teaching basic bookkeeping, such as what account to record transactions in, how to reconcile accounts, etc.
  • Correcting bookkeeping errors
  • Payroll journal entries
  • Syncing accounting software to other programs
  • Trust/escrow reconciliations
  • Reviewing your work

Recurring Bookkeeping Services:

Recurring bookkeeping services are available at a flat monthly fee. Packages start at $325 per month. Email me for a consultation and pricing. The following services are available:

  • General bookkeeping/data entry
  • Reconciliations
  • Monthly reports
  • Trust account reconciliations
  • Payroll processing through a payroll provider such as Gusto, ADP, etc.
  • Customer invoicing
  • Vendor bill pay

Clean up/catch up services are also available at an hourly rate of $85 per hour to get the accounting caught up and cleaned up before starting recurring services. This may or may not be needed depending on the condition of the books prior to the start of the recurring bookkeeping.

Temporary or Short-term Bookkeeping Services:

Temporary or short-term bookkeeping services are available at a rate of $85 per hour. I provide short-term services sometimes when the business simply needs a little extra help in the short term. Some examples are as follows.

  • Catching up the bookkeeping
  • Cleaning up the bookkeeping
  • Interim bookkeeping during a gap between accounting staff
  • Bookkeeping training for employees

Due to time constraints, I’m unable to answer accounting technical question via email. Please book a paid appointment for one on one bookkeeping help if available. I can walk you through correcting your bookkeeping issues in a one on one session. You can also comment on a relevant video on YouTube and I can sometimes answer questions in that format. That way others can benefit from your question as well. I recommend consulting with a tax preparer or tax accountant for tax related questions.
