One on One Live Bookkeeping Assistance:

One on One Live Bookkeeping appointments are offered via GoogleMeet. Please use the calendar link above to schedule an appointment. My rate for one on one live bookkeeping assistance is $90 per hour. If less than an hour is needed, the time is billed at a rate of $9 per 6 minute time increment.

Temporary or short-term bookkeeping services are available at a rate of $85 per hour. I provide short-term services when a business simply needs a little extra help in the short term. Some examples are as follows:

  • Interim bookkeeping during a gap between accounting staff
  • Bookkeeping training for employees
  • QuickBooks training

Recurring Bookkeeping Services:

Recurring bookkeeping services are available at an hourly rate of $85 per hour. You only pay for the hours I work. Use the contact form below to set up a consultation. The following services are available:

  • General bookkeeping/data entry
  • Reconciliations
  • Monthly reports
  • Trust account reconciliations
  • Payroll processing through a payroll provider such as Gusto, ADP, etc.
  • Customer invoicing
  • Vendor bill pay

Clean up/catch up services are also available at an hourly rate of $85 per hour to get the accounting caught up and cleaned up before starting recurring services. This may or may not be needed depending on the condition of the books prior to the start of the recurring bookkeeping.

Miscellaneous Notes:

Privacy and confidentiality is very important to me. I have a spam-free, pressure-free policy. I don’t have email lists or send spam emails to people. I don’t share email lists. All received spam is ignored/blocked/deleted immediately.

Due to time constraints, I’m unable to answer accounting technical question via email. You can comment on a relevant video on YouTube and I can sometimes answer questions in that format. This way others can benefit from your question as well. I recommend consulting with a tax preparer or tax accountant for tax related questions.
