Pricing for recurring monthly bookkeeping services:

The following packages are available for monthly bookkeeping services. These packages include transaction entry and bank/credit card account reconciliations. Basic monthly financial reports are sent once the reconciliations are complete. Monthly reconciliations are typically done by the 15th of the following month assuming the firm has all of the information needed for the bookkeeping services and reconciliations.

Level 1 Package: $199 per month

  • Up to 100 transactions
  • Up to 5 bank/credit card accounts

Level 2 Package: $379 per month

  • Up to 200 transactions
  • Up to 6 bank/credit card accounts

Level 3 Package: $559 per month

  • Up to 300 transactions
  • Up to 8 bank/credit card accounts

Level 4 Package: $749 per month

  • Up to 400 transactions
  • Up to 8 bank/credit card accounts

Level 5 Package: $899 per month

  • Up to 500 transactions
  • Up to 10 bank/credit card accounts

Level 6 Package: custom pricing

  • Over 500 transactions

Add-ons available at an additional cost (custom pricing):

  • Payroll processing
  • Client billing
  • Bill pay
  • Trust/escrow account reconciliations
  • Monthly meetings

One-time Projects and Catchup/Cleanup Services:

These services are offered at a price of $80 per hour. See the Services page for a more detailed description of project services. A best estimate can be given regarding the number of hours expected in a given project, although this isn’t guaranteed.
