I’ll be teaching accounting principles in this YouTube series as if you’re in an Accounting Principles I class at a college.

If you’re learning on your own and not part of a college class, you may consider purchasing a textbook. If you want to learn accounting from a sole proprietorship/partnership perspective, my preferred textbook is as follows: https://www.pearson.com/en-us/subject-catalog/p/horngrens-accounting/P200000004446/9780136714453 This is the 13th edition, but a newer 14th edition is available. Either one of those editions or even the 12th edition would be okay if you can’t afford the newest edition. Unfortunately I don’t have a textbook recommendation at this time if you want to learn from a corporate accounting standpoint.
